I nostri servizi si rivolgono ai produttori di tessuto per abbigliamento e per arredamento che possono personalizzare i propri prodotti con i finissaggi che realizziamo in pezza.
Anche le confezioni ed i produttori di accessori moda si avvalgono delle nostre lavorazioni, potendo eseguire sul capo o sul telo effetti che in pezza non si possono riprodurre.
I servizi offerti sono quelli di plissettatura a macchina di vario tipo, partendo dalle classiche pieghe piatte e ritte, fino alle plissettature fantasy ed arlecchino.
Si effettuano anche le plissettature a cartoni come chevron e soleil, classici o a motivo, da scegliere fra diversi modelli.
Altre lavorazioni da noi realizzabili sono quelle di grinzatura e stropicciatura, sia in pezza che in capo, con aspetto tridimensionale oppure schiacciato, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente.
E' possibile eseguire lavorazioni speciali sia su tessuti lisci che su quelli plissettati, attraverso accoppiature, applicazioni di lamine, stampe transfer ed altro ancora.
La filosofia della Plissettatura Rosalba è quella di collaborare in modo propositivo con i propri clienti, riuscendo così ad esaudire le richieste che vengono fatte di volta in volta.
L’ obbiettivo principale delle nostre lavorazioni è quello di realizzare produzioni di qualità sfruttando l’esperienza artigiana acquisita nel corso degli anni.
Naturalmente, nel totale rispetto dell'ambiente, attraverso il recupero degli scarti tessili e della carta utilizzata.
Our highly specialized services are tailored to the needs of textile manufacturers whether they produce fabrics for apparel or for upholstery and furnishing, enabling them to customize their products with the treatments we perform on the piece goods. However, garment manufacturers and producers of fashion accessories can also avail themselves of our services, which we can apply on both fabric and leather, even directly on the finished item, for certain effects that cannot be obtained on the piece goods.
Our services include machine pleating of various kinds, starting from classical flat and straight pleats, through to a full range of fancy pleats. We also do pleating to patterns such as chevron and sunray, in classical or custom patterns, choosing amongst many designs.
Other types of processing we offer include crushing and wrinkling, either on the piece goods or on the finished products.
We also furnish special processing like bonding, applications of hot stamping foil, sublimation printing on smooth and pleated fabrics.
The mission of our company is to cooperate creatively with our customers, using our own ideas and developing new ways to implement theirs. Our main objective is to create quality products taking advantage of the trade secrets and experience we have developed and acquired over the years.

Biografia
1977
Nasce la Plissettatura Rosalba, fondata dalla Signora Magni Rosalba con sede prima a Montemurlo e successivamente a Calenzano.
1994
L’attività si sposta a Prato, nel cuore del distretto tessile. Un laboratorio più grande ed efficiente garantisce un servizio più tempestivo ai clienti locali.
2004
È l’anno della seconda generazione, con l’ingresso in società del figlio Matteo Menichelli.
2007
Anche Marco Menichelli affianca mamma e fratello nella gestione aziendale, apportando le conoscenze tecniche acquisite negli anni del Buzzi.
2017
Dopo quarant’anni di attività, iniziano i preparativi per un nuovo ampliamento aziendale. Lavorazioni innovative saranno messe a disposizione dei clienti per offrire servizi originali e diversificati.
1997
This is the Plissettatura Rosalba's year of birth, founded by Mrs. Magni Rosalba with the headquarters first in Montemurlo and later in Calenzano.
1994
The business moves to Prato, in the heart of the textile district. A larger and more efficient laboratory guarantees a more timely service to local customers.
2004
It's the second generation's year, with the entry into the company of the son Matteo Menichelli.
2007
Marco Menichelli also supports his mother and brother in the management of the company, bringing the technical knowledge acquired in the years of Buzzi.
2017
After forty years of activity, begin a new company expansion. Innovative processes will be made available to customers to offer original and diversified services.
